Founder & CEO

Looking after 6 year old twins plus Chloe the dog, Phill is used to finding solutions in challenging situations.

Working in financial institutions including 16 years in Lloyds Banking Group across a variety of roles, including Retail Director and Head of Telephone Banking, Phill brings a wealth of industry experience.

Outside work, Phill enjoys most sports, in particular following Rugby League and Leeds United.
